Job SummaryThe Sales Promoter is responsible for driving brand awareness and increasing sales of smartphones and ecosystem products within a retail environment. You will engage customers, demonstrate cutting-edge technology, and provide expert advice to help users find the perfect device for their needs.Key Responsibilities• Customer Engagement: Proactively greet customers and identify their needs through effective questioning.• Product Demonstration: Showcase key features such as camera capabilities, processor performance, battery life, and display technology.• Sales Conversion: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.• Merchandising: Ensure the display area is clean and "Live Demo" units are updated with the latest software.• Reporting: Track daily sales, customer feedback, and competitor activity.• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends including chipset launches, RAM/ROM configurations, and charging speeds.Required Skills & Qualifications• Tech Savvy: Passion for mobile technology; ability to explain complex specs in simple terms.• Communication: Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport with diverse customers.• Sales Drive: Competitive spirit with a focus on closing sales and upselling accessories.• Experience: Previous retail or promotions experience preferred, especially in electronics.• Professionalism: Punctual, well-groomed, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.• Ability to handle objections and compare against competitor brands effectively.• High energy and a "can-do" attitude during high-traffic store hours.• Bilingual skills are a plus depending on the local market.
