Monitor KPIs related to sales performance, profitability, and market share while identifying opportunities for growth.Retail Operations ManagementEnsure smooth day-to-day operations across retail branches, maintaining high operational standards and delivering a strong customer experience.Stock & Inventory CoordinationMonitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability and efficient inventory management.Team Leadership & Performance DevelopmentSet performance objectives, monitor team progress, and conduct regular performance reviews to drive productivity and accountability.Market Monitoring & Competitive AnalysisStay updated on market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product launches to support business decisions and strengthen market positioning.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the mobile or telecom industryStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsSales-driven mindset with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage operations in a fast-paced environmentGood command of English is a plusMore Than Just a RoleThis is your opportunity to lead retail excellence, drive business growth, and contribute directly to the success of a fast-growing global brand.
