IA ML Manager

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade AI systems
• Architect and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines (training deployment monitoring)
  
• Drive Data Engineering & ETL workflows at scale
  
• Oversee MLOps practices (CI/CD, experiment tracking, model lifecycle)
  
• Deploy AI services using FastAPI, Docker, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred)
• Design and implement advanced AI solutions (LLMs, AI agents, Computer Vision)
• Optimize performance with GPU programming and efficient model serving
  
• Manage and mentor the AI team, ensuring delivery excellence
  
• Coordinate projects using tools like ClickUp and ensure alignment with business goals
  
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• 2 to 3+ years of solid experience in AI / ML Engineering / Applied AI
• Strong expertise in Python (PyTorch / TensorFlow / Pandas)
• Proven experience in deploying scalable AI applications
  
• Strong background in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, and system design
  
• Hands-on experience with MLOps and production environments
  
• Experience with GPU acceleration and performance optimization
  
• Leadership mindset with strong team and project management skills
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
