A large company based in Algiers is looking for a CEO assistantYou will be responsible for:Performing administrative and secretarial duties:Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence; Organizing and attending meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring their distribution; Handling various requests from the Director; Organizing and managing, in collaboration with the general services department, the travel arrangements of the Director and their team; Filing and archiving documents.You have:A higher university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in social sciences or a related field; At least 5 years of experience in a similar or equivalent position;Proficiency in French and English;Good general knowledge of administrative management and secretarial techniques; Strong analytical and summarizing skills; Good organizational and communication skills; Good command of computer tools (MS Office, etc.); Availability and flexibility with working hours.
