Operational Risk Analyst

Bank ABC Algeria, a subsidiary of the Arab Banking Corporation (BSC) Bahrain Group and the first private international bank established in Algeria since September 1998, is recruiting:Operational Risk Analyst (H/F)Mission :Implement a data collection and reporting process ;Ensure Completeness, accuracy and comprehensiveness of the incident ;Input the incident into Operational Risk system ;Analyze significant operational losses in collaboration with business to identify and address the underlying causes ;Develop and monitor action plans to ensure that appropriate actions are implemented to mitigate further losses/events ;Quarterly data collection for existing KRI’s ;Monitoring KRI’s against established benchmarks ;Defining and developing new KRI’s as required ;Data input into Operational Risk System ;Quarterly reporting ;Develop and monitor action plans ;Conduct RCSA workshops ;Carry out periodic reviews and obtain sign offs ;Develop and monitor action plans ;Test controls on a sample basis (Independently or in coordination with internal audit) ;Data input / update in Operational Risk system ;Benefits of the position:Attractive fixed remuneration + Variable ;Career development ; Training plan adapted to the prospects for the evolution of the function.
