We’re not just about serving people - we’re about creating a marketplace to bring people what they need while infusing social values.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Art Director determine the overall visual appearance of Yassir's artistic projects adapted to the predefined requirements, define its visual deployment and its declination on several supports and media.TASKSDefinition of the editorial line and visual identityFollow-up and animation of the editorial line and visual identityApply the graphic charterDetermine the visual choicesEnsure the technical and organizational means of visual treatment within the budgetGather proposals for subjects to be treatedDefine the visual treatments to be carried out and evaluate their technical feasibilityEnsure the complementarity of the treatment between the different media and sectionsEnsure that deadlines are metFollow the news of the image productions (photographs, illustrations, computer graphics, video, Place orders with image, video and sound producersPropose images, shots, drawings and check their distribution rightsCreate, enrich and interpret fixed or animated graphic elementsFormatting text, visual and multimedia contentAssociating texts/images, ensuring their balanceREQUIREMENTSDiploma and/or training in audiovisual and/or graphic design Minimum 4 years experience in a similar position in a communication agency, studio or production companyGood organizational and planning skills (ability to manage several projects at the same time).Good general and popular culture.Team spirit, Autonomy & Proactivity
