**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage daily operations and health checks for virtual platforms, Windows OS, and VDI environments.
* Design, plan, and size VDI platforms for capacity and performance needs.
* Maintain internal load balancers and perform Windows OS installation, upgrades, and patching.
* Clone DEV/TEST environments from production.
* Coordinate with IT support teams and external vendors for virtual infrastructure needs.
* Document configurations, maintenance activities, and operational procedures.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in virtual platform, VDI, and Windows OS administration.
* Strong skills in capacity planning, load balancing, and environment cloning.
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
