**Key Responsibilities:**
* Maintain operational health and uptime of Digital Apps, DMS, and POS systems through proactive monitoring and incident resolution.
* Manage and escalate incidents, execute MOPs, and ensure service requests meet SLA targets.
* Oversee post-deployment validation and resolve functional or technical anomalies.
* Improve operational procedures, documentation, and reporting to enhance platform performance.
* Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams for complex issue resolution.
* Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to team members.
**Profile Requirements:**
* Experience in telecom application and POS system operations.
* Strong problem-solving and process optimization skills.
* Ability to work in SLA-driven environments and manage cross-team coordination.
