EDA Operations

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Ericsson EDA2 nodes and related BSCS/EMA components.
* Perform health checks, preventive/corrective maintenance, and restore services within SLA/KPI targets.
* Manage configuration changes, backups, security audits, and provisioning-related troubleshooting.
* Handle incidents, alarms, and emergencies impacting provisioning traffic, ensuring minimal downtime.
* Execute churn, SIM swap, MSISDN/IMSI change, and rate plan/service migrations.
* Resolve 3G/4G and APN-related issues, decommission obsolete configurations.
* Deploy SM changes, automate tasks, and develop scripts to monitor performance.
* Collaborate with engineering teams on upgrades and new service rollouts.
* Maintain operational documentation and provide performance reports.

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience with Ericsson EDA2 and telecom provisioning systems.
* Strong troubleshooting, automation, and scripting skills.
* Knowledge of provisioning workflows, network services, and telecom OSS/BSS environments.
