As a fast-growing international technology group, we operate in dynamic environments where strong HR operations, employee support, and organizational efficiency are essential to business success.Today, we are looking for a Human Resources Officer to join our HR team and contribute to the smooth management of HR operations and employee administration.Your MissionAs a Human Resources Officer, you will support the day-to-day administration of HR activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across personnel management processes.You will play a key role in employee administration, payroll support, regulatory compliance, and HR coordination while serving as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers.What You’ll Be DoingPersonnel AdministrationManage employee records and HR documentation, including contracts, amendments, certificates, and administrative files while ensuring accuracy and proper archiving.Attendance & Leave ManagementMonitor attendance, absences, leave balances, and employee movements while ensuring proper reporting and coordination with managers.Regulatory Compliance & Employee AdministrationSupport CNAS declarations, employee registration processes, and compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies.Payroll SupportCollect and verify payroll-related data including attendance, leave, overtime, and employee movements while coordinating with Finance and HR management to ensure accurate payroll preparation.Employee Support & HR CoordinationServe as a point of contact for employees regarding HR administrative matters and support onboarding and employee integration activities.HR Reporting & Process ImprovementPrepare HR reports, maintain HR databases, and contribute to improving HR processes and administrative efficiency.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Management, or a related field1 to 3 years of experience in HR administration, personnel administration, payroll support, or a similar roleGood understanding of labor law and personnel administration practicesProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly ExcelGood communication and organizational skillsEnglish proficiencyMore Than Just a RoleThis is your opportunity to contribute to a dynamic HR environment, support employees throughout their journey, and play a key role in building efficient and people-focused HR operations.
