Full-Time Remote Position – B2B Lead Generation SpecialistWe are a remote sales and lead generation company working with international B2B clients.We help companies find potential business customers, identify decision-makers, build lead lists and run outreach campaigns through LinkedIn and email.This role is not about paid ads, social media posting, graphic design or community management. The main focus is B2B prospecting, LinkedIn research, email outreach, and organized follow-up.All operations are done in English, so good written English is required.What We’re Looking ForWe are hiring a B2B Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales and outreach work.You will work closely with the business development manager to research companies, find the right people, organize lead lists, and help manage LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.We are looking for someone organized, reliable, and comfortable working online. Previous experience in lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, or sales support is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch potential B2B companies in different industries and marketsFind the right decision-makers inside each company, such as founders, CEOs, sales managers, marketing managers, product managers, or partnership managersCollect and organize lead information, including company website, LinkedIn page, contact name, job title, LinkedIn profile, email, country, industry, and useful notesBuild and maintain clean lead lists in Google Sheets or CRM toolsUse LinkedIn to search for companies and prospectsSupport LinkedIn outreach campaignsSupport email outreach campaignsHelp personalize short outreach messages based on the company or decision-makerTrack replies, follow-ups, and lead statusKeep lead data updated and organizedReport daily or weekly progress clearlyWork with the manager to improve targeting, messaging, and campaign resultsTools You May UseLinkedInLinkedIn Sales NavigatorApollo.ioGoogle SheetsCRM toolsEmail outreach toolsData scraping or enrichment toolsSlack or other communication toolsTraining will be provided if needed, but you should already be comfortable using online tools and learning new systems.Work ConditionsFull-time remote position8 hours per day, with 1-hour breakFlexible start between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AMDaily collaboration during the onboarding periodTraining and clear instructions will be providedAfter onboarding, work will be based on clear daily and weekly KPIsRequirementsGood English reading and writing skillsPrevious experience in lead generation, online research, LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, or sales supportAbility to research companies and understand if they are relevant for B2B outreachComfortable using LinkedIn, Google, company websites, Google Sheets, and email toolsOrganized and detail-orientedReliable with daily tasks and reportingAble to work remotely and independentlyAble to follow instructions and ask questions when something is not clearImportantThis is a B2B lead generation role.It is not a paid advertising role.It is not a social media management role.It is not a design role.It is not a customer support-only role.Your main work will be finding the right companies, finding the right people inside those companies, organizing the data, and supporting LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.Nice to HaveExperience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRMs, or outreach toolsExperience working with international companies or agenciesExperience with B2B sales, appointment setting, or cold outreachBasic understanding of sales funnels and outreach campaignsHow to ApplyPlease send your CV and a short message explaining your experience with lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach, online research, or sales support.If you worked on similar tasks before, please mention:What tools you usedWhat type of leads you searched forWhether you worked with LinkedIn, email outreach, or B2B campaigns
