B. PURPOSEThe Procurement System Senior Specialist reports directly to the Capabilities and Enablement Manager, and is responsible for the successful implementation, group wide adoption and operational support of the Procrement Sytems and Analytic tools, including driving the necessary solutioning, change management activities and lead continuous improvement plans surrounding the procurement digital stack.ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES• Drive and support on Procurement Stack implementation and operations, , Analytics, Contract Life Cycle Mgmt. system, 3rd Parties Risk Assessment tool, etc• Lead procurement digital stack rollout and provide implementation program oversight for OA rollout.•Maintain close relation and understands various business stakeholders’ processes and impact in relation to Procurement systems policies and procedures.• Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement of the procurement stack and documentation of system processes and user guides.• Provide L1 & L2 operational support & guidance to Group-wide key contacts and supplier guide on eProcurement system related processes, work closely with 3rd party system support principle and managed service providers for L3 & L4 system escalation issues and resolution.• Drive utilization and adoption of the future procurement stack across the Group• Develop and deliver relevant training programs, maintain and update training materials•Manage the relationships and delivery with the systems integrator and software suppliers to ensure a smooth implementation and continued operation of the procurement stack•Support users with procedural and systems issues• Develop effective stakeholder mgmt. and communication skill, shifting from 'supporting' to 'leading' role in key APC program initiatives around procurement stack• Drive change culture across the organization in terms of new system, new ways of working or processes implementation.• Lead and drive system UATs during project phase and production system pre-enhancement roll-out.F. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS                         Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge•  Minimum 5 years’ [FT1] working experience with eProcurement solutions such as ARIBA, Coupa, SAP, Oracle SCM etc, with in-depth experience on solution implementation and post implementation support•  Has deep understanding of the end to end Procurement processes including Source to Contract, Procure to Pay and Spend Analytics•  Expert working knowledge with Procurement Spend analytics and reporting tools•  Basic understanding & experience working with Finance ERP such as SAP, Oracle ERP or MS Dynamics 365. Minimum Entry Qualifications•  Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field•  Minimum 5 years’ working experience with eProcurement solutions such as ARIBA, Coupa, SAP, Oracle SCM etc, with in-depth experience on solution implementation and post implementation support.•  Has deep understanding of the end to end Procurement processes including Source to Contract, Procure to Pay and Spend Analytics.•  Expert working knowledge with Procurement Spend analytics and reporting tools•  Basic understanding & experience working with Finance ERP such as SAP, Oracle ERP or MS Dynamics 365. [FT1]3 ans est suffisant pour un poste de specialiste
