Objectives of the RoleThe Junior Learning Manager contributes to the design, deployment, and optimisation of Learning & Development initiatives to build workforce capabilities and support business priorities. The role promotes a culture of continuous learning through digital and data-driven approaches. Key Responsibilities Learning Program Design & Deployment • Contribute to the design and rollout of training programs (classroom, digital, blended) • Coordinate training logistics and execution • Adapt learning content to business needs Digital Learning & Innovation • Promote digital learning platforms (Campus X, EdCast, Linkedin Learning, Coursera) • Support digitalization of learning journeys • Explore new learning technologies and tools Learning Journey, Data & Reporting • Follow up of the Learning Journeys • Data Accuracy in Reporting • Providers Follow-up (Purchase Orders, Invoices, …)Target ProfileProfile & Qualifications • Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Business or related field • 1–3 years’ experience in HR or Learning & Development • Fluent in English (mandatory) • Digital savvy with strong interest in learning technologies • Strong organizational and coordination skills • Data-driven mindset • Strong communication & stakeholder management
