Certifications: CIPD/SHRM/HRBP.
8+ years in industrial HR, including 3+ as HR Director.
Industry: Automotive/mechanical (technical competency models).
Workforce planning for production ramp-up, time-motion studies.
Expertise in Algerian Labor Code (termination rules, union negotiations).
Languages: Fluent English required. French/Arabic mandatory (government/union dealings).

Missions:
Design policies compliant with Algerian labor laws and Islamic culture
Define factory talent standards (technicians/engineers/management) for SKD/CKD assembly
Partner with Algerian universities (e.g., USTO) and vocational schools
Manufacturing KPIs (localization rate, line efficiency)
Performance bonuses
Ensure foreign worker quota compliance (≤20%) and religious accommodations
Conduct anti-corruption training (focus: procurement/sales)
Implement "Foreign-Algerian technical mentorship" programs
