DescriptionWe are seeking an HR Specialists to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for motivated graduates or early career professionals who want to grow in a stimulating environment and contribute to the company’s HR development.ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment and onboarding of new employees.Ensure administrative follow-up of staff and update personnel files.Handle CNAS and labor office declarations and compliance.Participate in organizing and monitoring training activities.Support managers on HR-related matters.Contribute to employee relations and workplace climate.Ensure compliance with labor law and internal procedures.RequirementsBachelor’s degree (Licence LMD, Bac+3, Master 1, or Bac+4) in Human Resources or related field.0–2 years of experience in HR or administration.Knowledge of HR software and IT tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Organized, rigorous, and autonomous.Proficiency in English, French.
