Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting calls to offer our recruitment services.
Answer inbound calls and handle client inquiries.
Present our services clearly and professionally to potential Canadian clients.
Demonstrate patience, strong listening skills, and persistence.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Intermediate level of French.
Proven experience in call centers and/or sales/customer service.
Strong communication skills and a persuasive attitude.

A full-time position based in Chéraga, Algiers.
Fixed working hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Attractive compensation: base salary + commissions.
