This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-career professional to contribute to high-impact subsurface evaluation work in a dynamic environment.LocationAlgiers, Algeria (with occasional travel to field locations across the country)Role OverviewThe Senior Geophysicist will play a key role in seismic data processing and interpretation, supporting reservoir characterization and subsurface imaging activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform and oversee seismic data processing workflowsAnalyze and interpret seismic data to support exploration and development activitiesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including geologists and reservoir engineersContribute to reservoir characterization and subsurface modelingEnsure data quality and consistency across projectsSupport field operations and data acquisition when requiredQualifications & ExperienceMaster’s degree in Geophysics, Earth Sciences, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in seismic processingHands-on experience with seismic processing software such as Omega, Petrel, or equivalent toolsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsKnowledge of reservoir characterization and seismic interpretation is an advantageWillingness to travel to field locations within Algeria as requiredWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on impactful energy projects in AlgeriaCollaborative and technically stimulating environmentCareer growth and development opportunities
