Job PurposeThe Key Account Manager – Utilities is responsible for developing and managing strategic utility customers (power, grid operators, and energy companies). The role focuses on driving sustainable sales growth and building long-term partnerships by promoting Schneider Electric solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of key utility accounts (power generation, transmission, and distribution).Develop account plans and identify growth opportunities.Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.Lead commercial negotiations and close strategic deals.Coordinate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.Profile6–10 years of experience in key account management or B2B sales.Experience with utilities, power systems, or energy infrastructure.Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.Fluent in English and French.
