• As part of our growth, we are looking for a Sales Supervisor based in Oran, responsible for overseeing and developing our business across the Western Region.

Your Mission

• As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead sales operations across the Western Region by driving business growth, strengthening distributor and retail partnerships, supervising field teams, and ensuring the successful execution of Oraimo's commercial strategy.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in sales supervision, retail management, or distribution.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good analytical and reporting abilities.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Personal vehicle is mandatory.
