Assistante Marketing

Role OverviewAs a Marketing Assistant you will be responsible for providing support to the Marketing Manager.Your duties include handling interdepartmental communications, preparing data reports, creating surveys, and other tools to measure marketing impact.You will help device creative marketing strategies and campaigns to grow our company image. You also will be required to coordinate and execute the functions of the Marketing Department under the supervision of your Manager.What Will You Do?Implement the marketing strategies and campaigns organized by the department.Gather data from research, analyze the information and maintain a database for reference.Perform market research studies regularly on new trends through surveys, polls, etc to stay up to date on the changing market behavior and culture.Be dutiful to the department and its executives and aid them in executing all tasks.Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activitiesActively participate and help organize the promotional events and campaigns organized by the company.Maintain good communications and company relations with clients with excellent customer service and people skills.Provides fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting assistance.Assist in promotional activities.What You'll Need?A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields.Prior experience as a marketing assistant or similar job posts.Multi-tasker with good time management skills.Strong communication and people skills.Good knowledge of market research techniques and databasesCustomer oriented, patient and confident personality.Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing software and online tools (Web Analytics, Google Adwords, CRM tools, etc)We believe in the power of diversity and the importance of an inclusive culture.
