As part of our growth, we are looking for a BTL Marketing Specialist to support the execution of our offline marketing and retail visibility activities.

Your Mission

As a BTL Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing materials, suppliers, logistics, and retail visibility projects to ensure effective and timely execution of TECNO's BTL activities across the market.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Supplier & Vendor Management

• Marketing Material Management

• BTL & Retail Execution

• Logistics & Inventory Management

• Budget & Expense Follow-up

• Sales & Marketing Coordination

What We're Looking For

• Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in BTL Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, Marketing Operations, or a similar role.

• Previous experience working with suppliers and vendors.

• Good knowledge of marketing materials and their market pricing.

• Strong negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.

• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented.
