**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design BI and Data Warehouse solutions aligned with business needs.
* Translate requirements into specifications and workflows for development.
* Support UAT and post-production validation, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
* Develop SQL/PLSQL scripts and applications for data processing and cleanup.
* Create and maintain reports and KPIs using BI tools for analytics.
* Contribute to data modeling and architecture improvements.
* Provide support and guidance to departments on BI platform functionalities.
* Document processes, mentor team members, and train new hires.
**Requirements:**
* Experience in BI solution design, data modeling, and reporting.
* Strong SQL/PLSQL development skills.
* Knowledge of telecom data environments and analytics best practices.
