We’re Hiring: Sales ExecutiveWe are looking for a serious salesperson who can sell, not just support or assist.We run a fully managed remote execution service for startups. We provide dedicated remote professionals such as video editors, social media managers, designers, and virtual assistants to founders and business owners who need execution done properly, without the burden of hiring, training, and managing in-house staff.Our goal is simple: help startups scale faster by taking execution off the founder’s plate.Right now, we need someone who can help us grow by bringing in new clients. This person will be responsible for reaching out to startup founders and business owners, starting conversations, booking calls, following up professionally, and converting interested prospects into paying clients.What we are looking for:Someone who can sell confidently.Someone who is comfortable with outreach and follow-up.Someone who understands how to speak to founders and business owners.Someone who can explain value clearly and turn interest into action.Someone who is disciplined, proactive, and results-driven.Someone who wants to work with an early-stage business and grow with it.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of sales or outbound experience preferred.Able to send 30–50 prospect messages per day consistently.Able to book 5–10 qualified calls per week.Able to close 2–5 new clients per month.Strong written communication skills.Comfortable using LinkedIn, email, and direct outreach tools (Ig, X, Facebook... ect)Fluent or highly proficient in English.Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.Must understand that this is a pay-per-results role.Main responsibilities:Reach out to startup founders and business owners.Book qualified discovery calls.Follow up with prospects until a decision is made.Communicate our offer clearly and professionally.Help us turn conversations into revenue.Compensation:This is a pay per results role.That means your earnings are directly tied to the clients you bring in. If you bring results, you get paid accordingly.
