Description
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design CRM/Siebel solutions based on business needs and prepare specifications/workflows for development.
* Support UAT and post-production validation, ensuring timely issue resolution.
* Troubleshoot and maintain CRM platform components, including product catalog and configuration elements.
* Develop and optimize PL/SQL scripts for database cleanup.
* Create and maintain reports and KPIs for business monitoring.
* Document processes, mentor colleagues, and train new staff.
**Requirements:**
* Experience with CRM/Siebel configuration and administration.
* Strong PL/SQL skills and understanding of telecom CRM processes.
* Ability to manage testing, troubleshooting, and reporting in enterprise environments.
