Program Overview:   

The LATRO Graduate Resource Program is designed to attract, develop, and retain top graduate talent by providing a structured pathway into the professional world. This program offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship, and build the foundational skills needed to thrive in their careers—all while contributing meaningfully to LATRO’s mission and values. 

Program Structure (6 months):

  • Orientation (1 Week)

    • Focus Areas: Company culture, policies, tools, team intro.

  • Business Training (4–6 Weeks)

    • Focus Areas: Technical training, Soft‑skills development, Hands‑on learning with LATRO systems

  • Project Work (3–5 Months)

    • Focus Areas: Assigned to live projects with supervision.

  • Evaluation (Ongoing)

    • Focus Areas: Regular feedback, performance reviews  

  • Graduation (Final Month)     

    • Focus Areas: Career planning, next steps, Transition to Full - time 

Eligibility & Application 

  • This No Fee Program is open to recent graduates (within 12 months of graduation) 

  • All those with a degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics will be eligible to apply.  

  • All new hires are required to use their personal laptops, as the company will not be issuing laptops for this role. 

  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP). 

  • Familiarity with telecom technologies such as VoIP, fiber optics, or mobile networks is a plus. 

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. 

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecom and IT network systems. 

  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot basic connectivity or system issues. 

  • Support voice, data, and internet services, including digital services. 

  • Perform routine system checks, updates, and documentation of application activities. 

  • Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve technical incidents and service requests. 

  • Assist in maintaining activities to keep system heathy. 

  • Provide end‑user support for telecom services, applications, and network access. 

  • Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and operational procedures. 

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) 

  • Exposure to network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios). 

  • Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows server environments. 

  • Basic knowledge of Database queries. 

  • Understanding of cloud platforms or virtualization (AWS, Azure, VMware). 

  • Internship or project experience in telecom Apps is preferable.
