VAS Operations

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Monitor and maintain VAS platforms (USSD & NAPI, CAMEL-GW, SMSC, CRBT, SMART SMSC, SMS Firewall, ATC, ADM) to ensure performance and availability.
* Configure, update, and customize VAS services as per business requirements.
* Conduct health checks, audits, and implement security measures, patches, and load balancing strategies.
* Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
* Manage incident response to minimize downtime and ensure SLA compliance.
* Oversee deployment of new VAS services, features, and platform updates.
* Collaborate with QA for UAT and with product teams to enhance services.
* Coordinate with vendors and third parties for platform support and optimization.
* Document changes, maintain rollback plans, and produce technical reports for management.

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in telecom VAS platform operations and optimization.
* Strong skills in troubleshooting, configuration, and performance tuning.
* Knowledge of telecom security, automation, and capacity management.
