Régional Sales Manager

Description:

We are looking for two enthusiastic Regional Sales Managers to join our dynamic team in Algeria. This entry-level position is ideal for young graduates with 1 to 2 years of experience in commercial, technical sales, or customer service roles. The successful candidates will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong client relationships across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence.

• Identify and engage potential clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

• Collaborate with the technical and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction and effective problem resolution.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales approaches accordingly.

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

• Participate in promotional events and product presentations to enhance brand visibility.

Exigences:

• Baccalaureate level education or equivalent non-degree certification.

• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, technical sales, or customer service roles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus.

• Having own car is a plus.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
