Missions :
People Operations & HR Execution:
- Support the execution of the BU people strategy in alignment with Regional and Group HR priorities.
- Coordinate workforce planning, including talent mapping and internal mobility.
- Guide managers on organizational design, staff development, and engagement.
- Act as a trusted HR partner during change and organizational initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Management:
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Support hiring managers in defining role requirements and participating in interviews.
- Ensure effective onboarding and probation review processes.
- Track integration and provide feedback to support employee success.
Learning & Development:
- Identify local training needs and support execution of the BU L&D plan.
- Promote participation in both Group-led and local training programs.
- Manage training logistics, feedback collection, and post-training evaluations.
- Foster a culture of continuous development and internal growth.
Performance Management & Talent Development:
- Coordinate the annual performance management cycle and ensure compliance with timelines.
- Guide managers on objective-setting and effective review practices.
- Support succession planning and development initiatives with Senior HR.
- Maintain accurate talent records and track development progress.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and grievances.
- Ensure HR policies are applied fairly and aligned with Algerian labor law.
- Promote inclusive and transparent practices across the business.
HR Reporting & Governance:
- Maintain accurate HR dashboards, workforce metrics, and reports.
- Ensure HR files, systems, and records are compliant and audit-ready.
- Support governance processes in line with Group and Regional requirements.
Engagement & Culture:
- Assist in planning and executing engagement surveys, events, and culture-building initiatives.
- Coordinate feedback channels and action planning with managers.
- Strengthen communication between HR, leadership, and employees.
Budget, Reward & Resource Management:
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure accurate processing in collaboration with Finance.
- Monitor HR budget execution (training, recruitment, engagement expenses).
- Support salary reviews, promotions, and reward processes with Senior HR and Regional Reward.
- Track headcount, resource utilization, and contracts to support workforce planning.
- Act as HR focal point during audits on payroll, benefits, and resource management.
Education & Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD Level 5+, SHRM-CP, PHR) is a strong asset.
- Master’s degree is a plus but not required.
Expérience:
- 6-8 years of broad HR generalist experience, ideally in a multinational or structured organization.
- Minimum 23 years in a managerial or business partnering capacity.
- Exposure to sectors such as logistics, industrial operations, supply chain, or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Proven experience supporting HR functions such as L&D, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Recruitment, and Policy Implementation.
- Familiarity with Algerian labor laws, employee relations, and social dialogue practices.
Key Competencies & Skills:
- Operational HR Execution: Skilled in coordinating performance management, onboarding, training, and employee engagement activities.
- HR Policy & Compliance: Solid knowledge of local labor law and ability to ensure consistent policy execution and regulatory compliance.
- HR Systems & Data: Proficient in HRIS tools, Excel, and HR reporting (dashboards, KPIs).
- Business Partnership: Ability to work closely with line managers to advise on people matters and drive local HR initiatives.
- Communication & Influence: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and guide cross-functional stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving & Initiative: Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within HR and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent outcomes.
- Safety & Culture: Strong awareness of workplace safety and commitment to promoting a positive, inclusive work environment.
Languages:
- Fluency in French and Arabic is required.
- English proficiency (written and verbal) is required, especially for internal reporting and coordination.
