Role Description:The Airbnb Coordinator is responsible for managing incoming booking inquiries, confirming reservations, and coordinating closely with local property management teams. This role plays a key part in delivering a smooth and seamless guest experience while ensuring efficient operations across the rental portfolio.Key Responsibilities- Manage all guest communication before, during, and after their stay, including booking questions, check-in instructions, special requests, and check-out. - Respond promptly to Airbnb messages, calls, and emails in clear, polite, and professional English. - Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and property logistics with local cleaners, maintenance partners, and smart-lock systems. - Support bookings, calendar management, and pricing recommendations to optimize occupancy and revenue. - Handle guest issues calmly and professionally, escalating to the client when necessary and documenting incidents. - Provide regular updates to the client on guest feedback, occupancy trends, and operational concerns. - Ensure compliance with Airbnb policies, safety guidelines, and legal requirements, maintaining a guest-focused approach.
