Swissport Algeria is looking for a Quality Trainee to join our Cargo operations and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.

🎯 What you’ll be exposed to:

• Quality, Health, Safety & Security practices within Cargo operations

• Inspections, HIRA, audits and safety drills

• Incident investigations and root cause analysis

• QHSSE and Cargo operational KPIs

• Prevention and awareness campaigns

• Quality, HSE, Security & Environmental improvement projects

• Aviation and air cargo regulatory requirements, including Dangerous Goods, CEIV Pharma and RA3

🔎 We’re looking for someone who is:

• 🎓 Studying in HSE, Quality, Environment, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field

• 📊 Analytical, organized and detail-oriented

• 🤝 A strong team player with excellent communication skills

• 💻 Comfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• 🌍 Fluent in English

• 🚀 Curious, proactive and eager to learn

• ✈️ Interested in aviation, air cargo and continuous improvement
