📢 We're Hiring: Station Supervisor – QSF StationAre you an experienced airport operations professional ready to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment?Join Swissport Algeria as a Station Supervisor at QSF Station and play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused ground handling operations.✈️ Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily ground handling operations to ensure safety, service quality, and on-time performance.Lead, coach, and develop operational teams while ensuring compliance with company procedures and airline requirements.Coordinate with airlines, airport authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.Monitor operational performance, resolve issues proactively, and drive continuous improvement.Ensure full compliance with Safety, Security, and operational standards.🎯 ProfileBachelor's degree in Aviation, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 7 years of experience in ground handling operations.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or in an equivalent leadership role.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Turnaround Coordinator and/or Ground Dispatcher.Minimum 3 years of experience in Passenger Services operations.Experience using the Altea DCS system.Good knowledge of Load Control procedures and airport operations.Completion of all mandatory Ground Handling training courses, particularly Safety and Security.Fluency in English, French, and Arabic is mandatory.Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and lead by example.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.💼 Why Join Swissport?Join the world's leading provider of airport ground services.Lead a dynamic operational team in a challenging airport environment.Benefit from an international workplace with opportunities for professional growth and development.📩 Ready to take the next step in your aviation career?
