Product advantages:
The temperature of the magnetic sticker on the market cannot exceed 80 degrees. If it exceeds 80 degrees, it will lose its magnetic properties, but our products can reach 130 degrees without losing magnetism. Can be applied to a variety of consumables such as PLA / ABS printing.
PLA: hot bed temperature 50~80 degree.
ABS: the temperature of the hot bed is 100 degrees.
Note:
1. Before sticking the b surface, be sure to wipe the surface of the hot-bed platform clean, otherwise air bubbles will be easily generated during use! !!
2. In order to effectively reach a good non-warped state, it is recommended that the temperature of the hot bed should not exceed 80 degrees.
3 Before printing, please keep the platform leveling nozzle and the platform within 0.05mm, about one sheet of paper is the best thickness. After printing, please remove the model in time. If the cooling time is too long, the model’s platform adsorption will be larger.
4.Please do not let heated nozzle touch the A plate directly !
5.Due to the magnetic pole factor, the magnetic poles are directional when the two stickers are the suction is unstable, please rotate side A by 90 degrees.
